Your rates will appear in the order they are set up. The first rate you set up will automatically be the first choice when presented with rates in the app or through guest checkout.
To re-order the rates, click the 3 dots on the left side of the rate to initiate the 'drag' feature. Drag the rate up or down to change the position of the rates.
In 're-order rates' mode, editing capabilities will be temporarily disabled.
You can reorder the rates to make sure the most desirable options appear first for your customers.
You can press Select + Hold on the dots to move the rate into the correct position, with the most desirable rate being the first option to be viewed by the customer.
Click the 'Save Rate Order' button once you are satisfied with the order to save. This will immediately update all products (App and Tap).
