From the left side Menu, select the 'Management' option and select 'Zones & Rates'.
If a zone is Published, the option to Unlisted or Unpublished in the 'Actions' Menu is available.
If a zone is Unlisted, the option to Published or Unpublished in the 'Actions' Menu is available.
If a zone is Unpublished, the option to Unpublished or Unlisted in the 'Actions' Menu is available.
