From the left side Menu, Select 'Management' and then 'Zones & Rates'.
Then choose the 'Manage Rates' for the zone in question.
Lastly select the Long Term Parking tab and then choose the 'Advanced Options' button.
Land on the Edit Permit Configuration page.
Edit the 'Spaces' field to limit inventory.
Setting to 0 won't allow any purchases. Setting to -1 will mean inventory check will be skipped.
Adjust 'Redemption Instructions' here is you have custom instructions for your redemptions.
Edit zone 'Description' here. This verbiage will appear under the company information on the purchase page.
Allow for plate switching by adjusting the 'Plate Switching Limit' field. Adjusting to -1 will allow for unlimited switches.
Enter Additional Instructions into the field if there is something to alert the customer of post-purchase.
EG. The door code late entry/exit or if the garage is closed on certain days or for certain hours.
Check the box for 'Permit Expiry Email Alert' if you want to alert your customers when their permit is expiring so they know to use their passes or to purchase a new FlexPass.
Choose the 'Submit' button to complete your updates and save the settings.
