FlexPasses offer multiple parking sessions in a prepaid bundle. To configure a FlexPass, you will need to set up how the bundle is sold and define how customers can redeem each parking session.
From the left side Menu, Select 'Management' and then 'FlexPass'.
You will land on the FlexPass index page. You can see the zone, FlexPass name and status.
One zone can house multiple FlexPass options.
You can view and edit the FlexPasses.
There are three statuses:
Active - Indicated by a blue dot, this means the FlexPass is available for purchase and redemptions. No restrictions aside from the ones imposed on the set up of the FlexPass
Inactive - Indicated by a red dot, this means the FlexPass is not available for purchase or redemption.
Redeem Only - Indicated by a yellow dot, these FlexPasses cannot be purchased, but users who has previously purchased can still redeem.
The 'Actions' drop down allows you to change the status of the FlexPass.
