Once the user has code is active on their account already they can choose 'Make a Reservation' and login.
They will choose a button that says 'Reserve with Existing Parkin Code'.
After clicking that, their code will appear with a button below saying 'Reserve'.
The screen will display the rates available based on the code associated.
They select a parking rate and will be redirected to the HONK page to confirm and pay.
They will land on the success confirmation page and view receipt.
They can view and modify their parking session and choose to reserve another spot at any time.
