The first is a Welcome On-Boarding Email.
It lists what to expect in the coming weeks.
What emails will be sent.
Notification of when your set-up is complete and signage proofing.
The second email pertains to Training and Login details.
This includes a link to book a training session to learn about the BackOffice and how it will revolutionize your parking management.
An invitation to download the enforcement app (available for Android) or use the web app for iPhone.
The third email provides a temporary password and links to login to your account and to the enforcement web app.
It reminds you to login asap and adjust the password to something stronger/safer.
